Who this policy covers

This policy explains how United Auburn Concrete and Masonry handles the information you share with us through this website, by phone and by email. We're a masonry contractor in Auburn, AL, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions, give you an estimate and do the work you hire us for.

It applies to every page of our site, starting with our home page. If you'd like to know more about who we are before you reach out, our about page tells you about the business and our crew.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, call or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and a description of the job. Some people also send photos of a cracked wall, a chimney or a driveway so we can see the problem before we come out.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service called Tally, so what you type into it is collected and stored by that service and passed along to us. We use it only to reply to you and plan your estimate.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may use analytics tools and cookies, which are small files your browser saves when you visit.
